After the release of his autobiographical novel, Au Bonheur de Yaya (The Happiness of Yaya) – which deals in particular with emigration – Zahi Haddad returns here to the core of his studies: international relations. His studies at the University of Geneva and  Columbia University in New York inspired this book’s exploration into how international cultural environments shape human beings.
